To be frontline daily sales contact for TWW’s customers, assist with the training of new ISR teammates and assist with branch daily paperwork and clerical office task. This includes customer development and sales of all products and all channels while proactively reaching sales goals.
Primary: The TWW Inside Sales Representative II (ISR II) is responsible for all incoming calls and assigned customer accounts and routes for daily outgoing calls. Working under the direction of the Branch Manager and Branch Sales Manager, ISR II will need to be aware of customer programs and development to maximize sales and profits with each account and route and proactively reaching sales goals. Assist Branch Manager and Branch Sales Manager in training new Inside Sales Representatives. Communicate to management on any issues that are important to the development of the job.
Secondary: The TWW Inside Sales Representative II (ISR II) is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with daily paperwork and office clerical work.
