To implement annual business plans for your branch in conjunction with the TWW Mission Statement and direction of your Region Manager.
The Branch Manager (BM) manages and directs the daily sales and operations of a branch location. This includes customer development,
sales of all products and all channels, teammate development, inventory management and enforcing TWW safety policies.
The Branch manager is responsible for sales, customer service,, branch budgets, operating profits, human resources management, and the inventory and facility maintenance of their respective branch in accordance to company policies, practices and procedures. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
BS Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, plus 4 years retail and/or wholesale tire sales experience and 2 years supervisory experience
High School graduate or equivalent with 8 years retail and/or wholesale tires sales experience and 4 years supervisor experience.
